The reason the subject has the reputation for being accurate is because of the method in which it is transmitted. Western minds in there enthusiasm and eagerness tend to oversimplify eastern concepts and ideas which ultimately leads to some kind Frankenstein, that in the final analysis doesn't get the job done.
