We don’t know what kind of lighting the place has. LEDs would probably be the best choice as they can be had in low-voltage varieties and powered directly off a battery bank, no need for inverters (thus avoiding an efficiency penalty)

No idea what kind of heat.
No idea what kind of water heating. Assuming it would be evacuated tubes; a large enough array of those would also heat a reservoir for space heating.
No idea what kind of kitchen, what size of refrigerator, etc.
No idea what kind of air conditioning, or for that matter the climate. Is AC even necessary? Geothermal cooling instead? Many more details need to be provided.

Ford’s electric car, the Volt, is a poorly built car that looks great, but will fall apart and cost more for repairs, after 5 years, than the original cost.

GM’s electric car, the Leaf is OK, but it is poor quality and won’t last 20 years, like the Prius will. I would never buy GM junk.
